NONCE typed the whole pond into existence. Then the chain forked and her frogs picked sides: the Bullfrog Bloc and the Dart Syndicate.
She is the only frog that belongs to neither, and the one that shines: NONCE, the 1 of 1. A different kind of card, kept under the blur until mint. One Bloc horn. One Dart mark. She doesn't want a winner — she wants a gang, and $FROGGANG is how she makes them one.

A night-shift node runner heard something going ribbit behind a rack of humming machines. In the drip tray under the air conditioner sat a froglet no bigger than a keycap. Soaked, calm, and very unbothered.
Every time she hopped, the block counter on the screen ticked up by one. So she got the only name that made sense: NONCE. A number used once.
[ THE KEYBOARD ]
Every night NONCE hopped across the keyboard. Every morning there was a new frog in the terminal, built from slashes, brackets, dots and underscores. Frog after frog, block after block.
By the time the node finished syncing, she had typed 786 of them.
SHE TYPED 786 FROGS.
THEN THE CHAIN FORKED.
AND THEY PICKED SIDES.

At the end of the sync the chain split in two. Every frog typed on an odd block woke up on one branch. Every frog typed on an even block woke up on the other. 393 and 393, and each side is sure its branch is the real chain.

Big, loud and green. The Bloc are the holders of the pond. They sit on their lily pads through every storm and every dip, wear their horns like trophies and carry green candles everywhere. To a Bullfrog, the pond belongs to whoever stays the longest.

"First in. First out."
Small, fast and loud-colored, like the poison dart frogs they're named after. The Syndicate are the snipers of the pond: always masked, always first in the mempool, gone before the splash. They borrowed the archer cap from an old legend about a hood in the woods. To a Dart, the pond belongs to whoever gets there first.
[ WHY THEY FIGHT ]
There is one lily pad big enough for the whole pond, and it lands on Robinhood Chain on October 10, 2026. The Bloc want to sit on it forever. The Darts want to hit it first and hop to the next one.
Every block they argue about it in the mempool. The croaks get louder. Nobody gives an inch.

When the fork settled, there was one block left. NONCE typed herself into it: the 1 of 1, the last one. One horn from the Bloc. One Dart mark. Something warm under the blur; the rest you see at mint.
She is the smallest frog in the pond and the only one both sides will listen to. Her line is simple: the pad fits everybody.

NONCE's idea has a name: FROG GANG. Bullfrogs and Darts, horns and masks, holders and snipers. Different sides, one pond. All 787 frogs are part of it.

Not directly. A frog's faction is fixed by its number: odd IDs are Bullfrog Bloc, even IDs are Dart Syndicate, and the last one is NONCE. Because the numbers alternate, both factions mint at the same pace. Final art and traits are revealed at mint.
